Município de Braga is Portugal’s oldest city. It boasts 2,000 years of history, dating back to the Roman Empire. What else makes Braga so fascinating? First and foremost, the monuments that reflect the style of bygone eras like mirrors. Here you will find, among others: the oldest cathedral in Portugal, the sanctuary of Bom Jesus do Monte – listed as a UNESCO World Heritage Site – as well as magnificent mansions, especially from the 18th century. 🇺🇳
